Who's Lee?

It's down to internal communications professionals to push back against the mediocre, bland company speak and to produce quality communications, not just outputs that hit the deadline.

Easier said than done, but in time people will respect you for your conviction, for not compromising on standards and for holding the line.

But in my most recent experience when it's very busy, at times you have to ditch perfection and settle for a as good as possible...that's just self-preservation in practice.
